Presley slept a lot throughout the last few weeks, and Mom has been very grateful. When she is awake she is very pleasant, and rarely cries except when Mom is taking too long warming the bottle.
After her belly button (cord) fell off at 2 weeks we were able to give her a real bath for the first time. Macie and I were SO excited!!! Presley enjoyed the warm water, and didn't make a fuss at all.
It shouldn't surprise us at all; she rarely makes a fuss at all. She sleeps so soundly that it often puts Mom to sleep. In the first two weeks Dad caught Mom napping with Presley all the time...
Macie and I are sure glad that Presley is an easy baby, because Mom is still able to attend to our many requests. Mine often involve clothing and hair do's, and you can see by the smile on my face Mom is still able to deliver!
While I am at school Mom, Macie, and Presley hang out at the house. As you can see, Presley is easy to hang out with.
Most mornings when we wake up early Macie and I jump into bed together and snuggle. Sometimes we read to one another; Mom just adores it when we get along!!!
In fact, life at our house has been full of smiles and laughs from everyone...
For Presley's first BIG outing, the family went to the AZ Science Center with Uncle Will and his friend Marie- it was lots of fun! Unfortunately for her she slept the whole time and missed out on all the excitement.
Presley must have rubbed off her sleep magic on Macie, because she passed out on the way home...
Because my school year is coming to an end, and Mom is busier than normal with school committees, she has given me more freedom to chose my school attire. Here is one of my favorite outfits I got to wear...
Presley usually sleeps while we get ready for school which is extremely convenient for Mom!!
Now that she is older she opens her eyes more often. Too bad Mom keeps snapping pictures of her- she doesn't like the flash.

Our lives haven't changed all that much since Presley was born. We were able to finish up all our Awana classes and celebrated the completion of our first year of bible school with a party- Macie was super excited that we got to ride the train!!!!
Macie and I are having a ton of fun being big sisters and big helpers as well.

Mom can't believe how quickly Presley is growing. She thinks it must be due to the fact that she already takes 4 oz in a bottle at each feeding every 4 hours and sleeps in 4-6 hour stretches!!!

At Presley's 1 month check up Mom was amazed at how much she had grown. She was born at 6lbs 4oz, 20 inches long, and was now 7lbs 5oz, and 21 inches long!!!
Our family is SO excited to watch her as she grows, and can't get enough of this precious baby!!!
